If you already have land available to build on, we can help you find a home design that compliments your land size, optimising the real estate. If otherwise, we can assist in finding you the land and develop a design that fulfils yours and your family needs. These are the steps you can follow to start building with us!

Step 1: Select your floor plan

If you have your own design we can work from, our architect will assess its feasibility based on design and your land plot. Alternatively, you can consult with our team to discuss what you desire be it a western or Thai kitchen, single storey or double storey, or even a swimming pool we can assist in your design.

Step 2: Select your curb appeal

Next, you can choose what your exterior will look like, whether you would like a private pool villa (similar to our Urban Mystique design), opting for high walls and shadiness or a grand facade (similar to our Modern Colonial design) or a lush, natural exterior focussing on nature and the beauty Thailand has to offer (similar to our Tropical Paradise design). We will sure help you select a design that suits your own personal style.

Step 3: Select your add-ons

Whether you want a unique swimming pool, carport or unique features, consult with us and we can cater to what your dream home will become.

Step 4:  We prepare a design brochure and quotation for you to review

After we have discussed what you have envisioned, needs, wants and budget, we will evaluate the site. We will propose to you a design brochure with design drafts of the house, mood boards for the interior and the exterior alongside a proposed floor plan, expected timeline of the build and cost estimation. We believe transparency and communication is of priority!

Step 5: Signing the contract and commence of build!

Once it has agreed and the contract has been signed, Quality Touch will start to apply for the proper permits from the local authorities and the journey to build your dream home has now begun!
